Cooley
So, not much to say here. This is the demon character, some texturing done. not 100%, just been kinda hopping around the model refining a little bit at a time, legs are the most unfinished. Been mostly trying to design/basemodel pedestal ideas that showcase a little environment/asset prowess now that i have an extra quarter to work with it.

ReplyDeleteIs he made of Stone or is similar to a stone statue come to life...The difference between them would be carved lines like you have and some thin g more chaotic like the Marvel Comics the Thing for the Fantastic four ...her eis a link to that type of style

-determine this. Are you using a wacom?. The lines seem very simple on the details and not faded or worn out. Are you going for a war craft look? From what I can remember, yes.

The right should is very chaotic and looks poorly UV's- Why is his shoulder like this....Don't just place stuff because you think it should be there or that it's cool.....Think it through. The color palette is very boring!!! Try making red symbols on your concept art or render this and do a an overlay of illustration to get a look you want. Would you choose this character??? I wouldn't...too boring
