Shrunk the head down, so it's no longer globe sized. Also added a collar bone, and divide the cape up more.
Head is already unwrapped, and started texturing.
Add another split at the base of the gloves, elbow areas. ALSO check your proportions on the length of the arms. His torso maybe too long. Use Maya's CREATE>MEASURE TOOL>DISTANCE TOOL
