Okay scratch the cement this looks rushed and bad.....just put him hitting the ground- Let's not choose a gray back ground....try a gradient or muted texture
Look at concept art....Why you wasted time drawing this I don't know. You could have used that time making the cement not suck. Look at a palettes for the gun here are links copy and past it and maybe make a hybrid or something

ALSO Edit the normals on his boots...they have no seams. Double check lighting as stated before
